I spoke to the manager who did not recommend eating here subset I have Celiac disease. She said there's is no way they could avoid cross contamination.

It says cauliflower bread it’s literally a cauliflower pizza crust cut into a pita very disappointed
We have eaten here multiple times and have never gotten sick. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the food had always been good. Burgers or sandwiches can be made with the cauliflower pita which is gluten free. Toast with breakfast can also have the pita substituted. French fries are in a dedicated "fry fryer" according to multiple servers and management. We've never had an issue with it. We will continue to eat there with full confidence in what we order.

If you really stress that you need a separate area for something safe like eggs, they will try their best to accommodate. However, multiple servers have told me that the kitchen does little to avoid cross-contamination, and if you are celiac, it would best not to take the risk at all.

NOT FOR CELIAC
I got very sick off of their food. I asked the manager if they used a shared fryer and he said “fries are gluten free! Potatoes are a starch, not a gluten.” Followed by “yes I fry the mozzarella sticks and the chicken parm in there, why is that a problem?”
A kind waitress who had knowledge on the subject told me they made NO effort and it was best I stay away. Throwing “gluten free” omelets on uncleaned griddles where pancakes just were etc.
If you’re not sensitive to cross-contamination, go for it. The food is actually delicious. Wasn’t worth the weeks of pain for me as I’m celiac and very sensitive.
