This was a win for sure. While they don’t have a gluten free menu the wait staff is able to talk you through what can be made GF. Big win - dedicated fryer! You just need to make sure you tell your wait staff you have celiac or a gluten allergy. They told me the kitchen sanitized and washes the area completely when handling our food.
