Steak spices not GF, since also uses on chicken, had a very plain chicken breast with baked potato & broccoli. Spiced apples were mushy, and tasted from a can. Service very slow.
The spices for the steak are not gluten free.
Great food ;)
We got there and they told us they got rid of their gluten free menu and the while they could make some things gluten free it would all certainly be cross contaminated.

The server was very knowledgeable about gluten and was very willing to ask the chef about things and substitute things for me. The house seasoning they use on their steaks, veggies, and I am sure other things does contain gluten but they easily made them without it and just seasoned with salt and pepper. I had no issues after eating there. My steak was over cooked but still tasty. Here is a link I found on their website which gives allergen info. I don't think its cross containment friendly and didn't mention anything about their spices but did talk about their dressings which is helpful.
Yes
The server was aware of gluten intolerance, when asked if the au jus contained gluten or not they didn’t know. I requested no au jus with the prime rib, and no roll which the server made note of. The prime rib came with a roll on the prime rib and au jus in a cup now spilled on the bottom of the plate and on the prime rib. I told the server I requested it with out au jus and a roll, the server agreed and offered to move it to a clean plate minus the au jus and roll. This is not acceptable for myself. If I could give zero stars I would have!

lots to choose from for the area. gluten detection service dog passed food. tasted pretty good
No GF menu or allergen listings, just have to ask what is gluten free. Both me and my sister have celiac and basically they told us we could have any grilled meat with baked or mashed potatoes, but no seasonings on anything. I had grilled shrimp and loaded baked potato. Very good food, just not a lot of choices. The manager did tell us though that they are working on getting a GF menu out.
