they no longer have gluten-free menus, they tell you what you can eat. ribs do not make them themselves but arrive already made so do not guarantee the mon contamination. I ate a fillet and baked potato. Was good

I have eaten here several times and have found that the servers are quite knowledgeable about gf. They have a dedicated prep space and the food is delicious. I have never gotten sick after eating there.

Great experience. Sat in the outside area so I could bring my dog. The staff were all very sweet to my dog and were knowledgeable about the gluten free options. I got the ribs with baked potato and cole slaw, and I did not get sick.

This was a very good experience! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and even made my salad herself to make sure I was not cross contaminated. I would definitely go here again!

Great options, server was super friendly and knew how to accommodate my celiacs. I didn't even have to ask for no croutons on my salad! They had a separate GF menu upon request.

We came down for Tuacahn and our anniversary, and this was a nice place for a special occasion. They have a separate printed gluten free menu not posted online, but I took a photo and will post here. There were lots of options! The cedar plank salmon was very good. I ordered it with the potato, which was huge! It comes with butter, sour cream, cheese, chives, and mine also had bacon (not sure if bacon is standard). I opted for without sour cream or cheese because I can’t quite handle much lactose yet—but I did ask for extra butter, which was nice—they brought me a nice big scoop. My husband got the baseball cut top sirloin steak, and he was over the moon about it. It was very tender, full of flavor, juicy, maybe could’ve used slightly more salt, but so delicious. Coleslaw was maybe a little more mustardy than creamy, but still pretty good. House salad was good—standard with lettuce, carrot, red cabbage, cucumber, red onion, and cherry tomato. And their Ranch dressing is gluten free. Tip: You can call and make reservations because they get very busy. Call 435-674-1900 for reservations.

The food was amazing and my uncle with Celiac’s was totally fine afterwards and my fiancé who has a gluten intolerance was fine afterwards too. They did have a bit of a mix up where a woman (not our original server) brought out our salads and my uncle got one with croutons but when we flagged down our original server he let one of us keep the salad while he went back and personally oversaw them make him a new salad. Most of the staff are knowledgeable and they have both amazing gluten free and non gluten-friendly options!

My son and I both have celiac and shared the ribs the waiter didn't seem to know what he was talking about so after going back and forth to the kitchen he assured us that it was safe for us to eat. It wasn't not only did we both get a reaction the ribs were disappointing and gross. For a place called rib and chop house you should have some dang good ribs.

hands down THE BEST meal I have ever had. Better than any 5 star restaurant I have been to.
Yes
They have a separate GF menu, which has limited options but all the basics you'd want at a rib/steakhouse. I ended up ordering one of the specials (steak Oscar) and it was delicious. Too much for me to finish. Had a baked potato as my side because the fries are in a shared fryer. Waiter seemed pretty knowledgable and double-checked the sauce on my special before I ordered.
Rib and Chop no longer has a gluten free menu. When asked they say they cannot say anything could not be cross contaminated. Sad because originally they had a GF menu and they even kept Redbridge Gluten free beer on hand. They dont just lose the person who is celiac but their family and friends as customers as well.

Not very good selection. Their chicken marinade has gluten. The Jamaican glazed salmon is NOT safe. They store their brown sugar with bread slices to keep it fresh. Their steak is does not contain gluten but no guarantee about cross contamination.

I ate here on March 6, 2024. I called a few days ahead to see if they could accommodate my gluten allergy since I didn't see any gluten free indicators on their menu. They said they could.
When I ordered, I was very clear about my allergy and the precautions that needed to be taken. I also stated that if they couldn't guarantee no cross contamination, I just needed them to tell me. Our waiter was very helpful and checked with the kitchen to make sure everything would be good for me.
I ordered a chicken salad. A short time later the kitchen manager visited our table to let me know the steps he would be taking to prepare my food! He also told me that he would personally prepare my order! The chicken salad was great and I had no gluten issues!!

Small menu. Don’t order specials. They guaranteed it was gluten free but it had a sauce on it that I thought was gluten. They said no. My reaction afterwards definitely said yes!
