Update See bottom. I have eaten there and and ordered delivery. Have not had any problems. They seem knowledgeable. Tastes good. Nice to be able to have options. Fast delivery. Update 11/25/18 tested my beef Chow fun with my Nima tester twice. It came up positive for gluten. Checked my fried rice and it was negative. I really liked the place but seems it can not be trusted. Tested the rice recently and the chow fun this time good

Yes, they have a very nice gluten free menu. I've had dinner and takeout here many times without any problems. This is one of the nicer, more elegant Chinese restaurants around. It has a large, beautiful dining room, which rarely gets filled, and a full bar. It has a large parking lot, too.
The food here is delicious. I had an office in Chinatown (Manhattan) for more than 20 years, I've made two trips to Hong Kong and I lived with a Chinese woman for 12 years. This is some of the best Chinese food I ever had.
The waiters here are dressed in a nice uniform but you get the same just adequate yet indifferent service you get in many other Chinese restaurants. The service is not bad, but if they are going to charge a high price, dress nicely and give you wonderful food, they could try to complete the fine dining experience by having some personality.

My grandfather loves this place so we came and spoke to the main waiter who said almost all of the gluten free menu was prepared using a shared wok (woks are high risk of cross contamination because they are only cleaned with oil). I asked which items were not prepped on a wok and he said the sushi. So I ordered a fish plate (not sushi rolls) and it came out like sashimi - very fresh tasting fish and clearly no gluten. I am happy I was able to eat here with my grandfather and not get sick!!

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU REQUIRE GLUTEN-FREE OR ALLERGEN-FREE FOOD!!!!! In the past, ingredients to which my daughter was allergic, were included despite very clear instructions to the contrary! Today, I ordered gluten-free sushi rolls and gluten-containing crunch was hidden in chopped-up ingredients , inside!!! Unaware, I had it in my mouth and tasted it before I swallowed the entire bite!! This was after speaking to TWO different employees about my gluten-free requirements beforehand!!! Do not trust this restaurant!!!

Very nice place and delicious food but... NOT safe for celiacs (the only reason I gave it one star). The opportunity for cross contamination is just too great.

Unfortunately my experience here was not as good as other reviewers. I should have known there would be a problem after I asked if they used a separate fryer/oil for the gluten free menu items and was told no. But I ordered anyway and asked for the tofu in my order to be steamed instead of fried. Before eating it I tested it with my Nima tester just to be safe and unfortunately my dish came up positive for gluten so I didn't eat it. It was just vegetables and steamed tofu in a brown sauce so my guess is they may not be using gluten free sauce or soy sauce. I did eat another dish I ordered (mei fun) that tested negative but I got a little sick anyway so there must have been something in the dish that didn’t show up in the sample I tested. I can not recommend this restaurant for celiacs.

Moonstone has a dedicated gluten free menu and I had egg drop soup and chicken with vegetables. The food was good and the non-GF crowd also enjoyed it. Just keep in mind that this is a fairly expensive sit down restaurant, so don't expect take-out Chinese food prices.

The food was fantastic!! They have a designated gluten free menu and the service was amazing!! Couldn't believe how good the gluten free food was!
