i work here so i can give you guys the true scoop on the gluten safety here. all of the scoopers are left in their own seperate buckets so they don’t touch each other. all the flavors are gf with the exception of lemon bar, choc pb moreo, and cheesecake w/ brownie. like another review said, we are not allowed to take out a fresh bucket when there is still ice cream left in the current one. (its not ‘refusing’ its just having to follow the rules of your workplace so you dont get in trouble…) however, you can ask if theres any flavors that need scraping/are almost out so we can tap into the next bucket if thats a big concern for you. also, if you are celiac but want a cup instead of a gluten free cone, tell whoever is working that gluten is an issue so they can change their gloves and exercise caution. we will change our gloves before touching the gf cones but have no way of knowing youre gf unless you get a gf cone or tell us. if you happen to come in when i’m working (maia) let me know you saw this review ill give you a sneaky discount lol (shhhh 🤫😉)

I’m surprised so many people marked it safe for celiacs. They offered to use a new scoop but would not scoop from a clean bucket. So if they had previously scooped into a cone or after a gluten-containing flavor, the bucket would already be contaminated. Most places offer to use a clean scoop in a new bucket to prevent this.

Each ice cream flavor has its own scoop, so no risk of cross contamination. GF is clearly labeled and staff was very helpful!

This place has some of the most delicious and original ice cream that I've had. The staff used clean scoops for all flavors, not just dor me, and they had a list of the ingredients of each flavor behind the counter. The website has a warning that cross-contamination can occur at the facility at which the ice cream is made, but I feel that this is an honest statement that's to be expected of a business that uses gluten in some of its products. From my experience, this doesn't mean that the chances of contamination are high, just that the chance exists. I have eaten here twice. I don't remember my first order, but the most recent one was a double scoop sundae with walnuts only and pistachio and dulce de leche ice cream. The portion was very large and the quality justified the price. I recommend for people who have to eat gluten-free and non-gf folks alike.

Delicious ice cream, all flavors except one were gluten free. They had the best GF cones that were taken out of the package in front of us with clean gloves. And ice cream flavor had its own scooper. Totally safe.

Great ice cream. They have gluten free cones and helped me select a gluten free ice cream. They even wore gloves while making my cone to avoid contamination
