They use a standard GF crust for the pizza, which is 12” thin crust small, and it had a 50 cent up charge. Looks like a standard Udi’s thin crust. I got the pipefitter, and they immediately said the meatball would be left off, because it was made with bread crumbs, but everything else would be on it. Good sauce, chunky vegetables, plenty of meat and cheese. It’s NY style, and uses that type of spice blend and sauce. I liked it. I had a White Claw hard seltzer. There were several flavors, plus cider and wine available. They also had GF pasta, wings, and salad. One of the other folks I was with got a salad, and it was large. She said it was very good, too. We’re traveling for work, but if we’re back in the area any time soon, I’ll be back.

Really good pizza. Cheese is so good. Actually better reheated the next day. Yes, there’s an up-charge but so does every place. Size pizza good. Pasta options with spicy sausage. Salad great. Staff knowledgeable and attentive. Never gotten sick.
Pizza was soggy and flavorless. Costs a lot extra for GF and the extra $1 for toppings was disappointing because they barely sprinkle them on. All in all a disappointment.
