No Gluten-free menu but they have GF bun, bread and pancakes. No fries or wings as everything goes in the same fryer. My Cuban sandwich was delicious.

Ate here safely. Waitress was great. When I expressed concern about cross contamination she said “Not on my watch!” And was very pleasant as she answered my many questions.Would have given it a 5 if they had dedicated kitchen space.

I’ve been coming here my whole life (pre- and post-celiac diagnosis) and can’t rave about it enough. Gluten-free pancakes, omelets, home fries and grits are all delicious and I’ve never had an issue with cross-contamination. They also offer gluten-free French toast from time to time (or if you ask!). Must-visit in Barnegat Light

Got the bleu ribbon omelette and home fries which the waitress promised was gluten free - and all was great! My Celiac mom got gf pancakes and enjoyed them. They also have gluten free French toast but I didn't try

Hostess and server were very patient with our questions. Unfortunately, despite calling ahead and being reassured that the gf pancakes were prepared on a separate grill, upon arriving and ordering (and again asking about the grill surface), the server checked with kitchen staff and informed us that the gf pancakes are cooked on the same surface as gluten containing items. When we asked if it was possible to clean a portion of the surface since we had called ahead and driven a distance, the server said that they could not but that the surface was so hot, the gluten would burn off. Yikes.

super friendly people. classic diner atmosphere. waitress was not very gluten knowledgable but the kitchen was. I asked her to put my sandwich in foil before they heated it and she came back and said the kitchen offered to clean the griddle and heat it there when they made the gf pancakes .. food was great, would go again

I have multiple food allergies beyond gluten. The chef was incredibly accommodating and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend!

They have gluten-free pancakes for breakfast and wraps for lunch. Best pancakes ever!
