This place is great. The owner has trained the staff on what steps are necessary to cater to Celiac. They prepare the pizza in the back in a clean area and clean the oven. This place never disappoints.

I was very satisfied with this establishment. I find it to not be too easy to find places that 1) offer gluten free options and 2) take proper precautions for cross contamination. When I asked for a gluten free crust, they pulled it from a separate fridge and container. Then they took a clean wooden pizza paddle, and added an extra metal grate so that there were no traces of wheat flour touching my pizza crust. I was really happy to see this! When the pizza arrived it was clear which one was mine VS the rest of my family, so it’s not difficult to tell them apart which is good. Overall, the pizza was really good! The crust was crispy and tasty. I’d definitely come back here for pizza whenever I have the craving for it!
