This place was very knowledgeable about gluten free but I am not sure their process of cooking reflects that. I had a reaction, it was minor though. Delicious sushi that was completely safe while avoiding the imitation crab, and tempura topping obviously

They have a gluten free menu, offering gluten free soy sauce as an alternative to traditional. Most things could be made GF simply by changing soy sauce. I had drunken noodles which were delicious. Their sangria was delicious also. Bartenders were great, helpful and friendly. It is not a GF dedicated kitchen so there is risk of cross contamination.

We had the sushi lunch special, which included a small salad, miso soup, California roll and a generous portion of sushi. The sushi was wonderful!!! The server was knowledgeable—offering a substitution for the salad dressing that wasn’t GF. GF soy sauce was available. The prices were very reasonable.

We were provided a gluten free menu and they had hibachi with white rice or drunken noodles as options, as well as sushi/sashimi options. The hibachi came with soup and salad and we weren't told whether those were gluten free at first. After asking they brought miso soup that was gluten free but that could have been an issue if we assumed the full order was gluten free without clarifying again. Delicious food and locale though overall.

This place was absolutely terrible. I told the waitress that I have celiac she looked at me like i had 2 heads she had not a clue what I was talking about. She than proceeded to tell me anything can be made gluten free ( she than said the noodles were gluten free they are not) If you have celiac Please do not go here save yourself from getting sick. I ended up getting cucumber sushi and it was chewy and disgusting. Will never go back there!

Good Japanese. The sushi and the hibachi can be made GF. Nice outdoor space during the pandemic. Would go back.

The best sushi I've eaten in PA. Asked for gluten free soy sauce and enjoyed the tuna and salmon rolls. Fresh fish and rice. Delicious.
I am celiac & work right near Myst. It's a great place, been there a bunch of times, but turns out hit or miss with gluten free. It's an afterthought, they offer gluten free soy sauce, but they are not diligent in knowing what items can be safely eaten for a celiac. I only had 1 server actually knew what was gluten free & what wasn't. On my 10th or so visit, I ordered take out, I can only assume they used a sauce that wasnt gluten free as I'm on day 2 of being ill from it. If you choose to be gluten free & some cross contamination isnt a huge concern, it's great, but unfortunately I won't trust it again.
