Wonderful dedicated GF restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had breakfast there every day as we were staying at the hotel next door. Had dinner once (the naked burger with wagyu meat which was excellent) and also tried the carrot cake donaked (good!). Great service!

They have several locations in Madrid aswell as other major cities in Spain.

Great place, dedicated GF, but also no sugar or fried food. Excellent food, lots of options. A bit more expensive, but well worth it.

The restaurant is a chain, started by Chef Bosquet, a former fireman who became famous on Spain’s masterchef program. Several other licatikns in Madrid, and other Spanish cities.

They serve breakfast / brunch on a separate menu until 1 pm.

The food and service were both fantastic. It was a relief being able to select anything on the menu without fear of cross contamination. The pumpkin soup was hearty and the moussaka delicious.

Great location in the heart of Sol. Had the hamburger ‘with a bun’ which doesn’t often happen!! Was delicious and fries were great also. Going to go back for dessert tomorrow!!!

Really cute little diner! I love that everything is gluten free. Makes life so much easier! I tried their pesto pasta made from root vegetables and it was pretty good!

I’d come back here for sure!! Sooo many options to choose from!

Everything is GF! So many amazing options. Got the Thai konjac and meat quesadillas and both were great!
