Absolutely amazing food!! 👏 Staff is super knowledgeable, menu is clearly marked for GF/vegan items, & I never have to worry about cross contamination. I was able to get the GF/Vegan Strawberry Choco Chip Pancakes as well as the rosemary potatoes. This was such a great find & we love coming here every time we're in the area!

Has GF pancakes- no GF bread though. Not a large selection of GF items but a few of the scrambles are. The rosemary potatoes are great :)

GF PANCAKES ARE NOT CELAC SAFE! My little sister got sick after eating them. I will say that their other food seemed fine, my mom got a gf egg dish there and was perfectly fine after. So eat at your own risk if you are extremely sensitive.

really glad we tried this place, space is nice and everyone in group enjoyed their food, I had eggs and potatoes (was assured the cook top was separate from pancakes ) delish. vegan in the group had veg wrap he ordered without cheese(he stated vegan), but the salad it came with had cheese (did not state on the menu that it would come with salad or cheese). would definitely recommend and return

I got the blueberry pancakes, and didn't get sick but they weren't the best tasting. Lots of great options though.

Get the whole grain pancakes made with rice flour and buckwheat. Get them fuzzy monkey style. Best pancakes I've ever had. Husband agrees and he's not GF! :) also lots of other options! Very good!

Perfect place for severe dietary restrictions. I had one dish---scrambled egg whites, steamed broccolli&zucchini, brown rice. Absolutely zerio seasonings. They do offer salsa or tabasco. Although this was definitely NOT the place for me, others seemed to be enjoying the food tremendously.

Seemingly very few GF menu options. Inconsistent menu markings (gluten free items available but not marked). Items that should be gluten free are not (like pesto?!). Not celiac friendly - uninformed waitstaff - CC risk. Didn't even get to order anything :(

Food was very good. Not a lot of options but what they offered was worth the drive. Understood gluten free. menu was well marked with gluten free options. Will come back.

The staff was incredible (checking any ingredient we asked about and they are knowledgable about the source of their ingredients...picking carefully to chose quality vendors). Organic coffee is a huge plus. Many gluten free options...I had gluten free vegan pumpkin pancakes with bacon on the side. I have celiac +casein free

Calexxxican was delicious! Pretty busy for Sunday brunch, but food was great!

Everything is clearly marked. We had a lovely brunch. Service was good. Selection was great. Food was yummy. Will definitely be back.

It’s not very good. I’ve given it a bunch of chances over many years but it’s just never very good. Also everything is sticky and and not well kept. Very limited gf options- no Gf bread, etc.

Best (& safest) place in all of San Diego!! Staff is super knowledgeable, everything on menu is marked when GF or vegan. I was able to get pancakes that were GF & vegan as well as the rosemary potatoes & a chai latte. This was such a great & exciting find for us, not to mention the amazing ocean views as this location is directly on Solana Beach! This is a must if you're GF & in the area.
