The food is delicious and the staff is friendly. But it is not safe for my son with celiac. They cook everything on the same grill pan. Staff was very kind, but explained that cross-contamination will happen :(

They have gf pancakes, but surprisingly no gf bread substitute. The meals we had were delicious, but the server was not knowledgeable about GF. One of our favorite spots near the beach.

Many GF options! Creative, delicious food. No GF toast but they offer GF pancakes. Great coffee too!

There's GF items on the menu and labeled that way however I did end up getting sick. Which wasn't worth it because the presentation and taste of the food was subpar. I would never recommend this establishment.

I was so excited to be able to have chocolate chip pancakes here but when asking about cross contamination they told me they are cooked on the same surface as gluten batter. When I asked if they could do a separate pan they checked with the chef and told me they would not be able to accommodate my needs. Instead got a bowl of soggy overdue fruit. Perhaps just this one server and chef, but still very disappointed

The wait staff didn’t know much about how to keep my highly sensitive celiac daughter safe so we weren’t confident at first. But the hostess/manager was more knowledgeable and steered us to an egg dish that is cooked in its own pan. She said other dishes are cooked on shared surfaces. We avoided the corn tortillas just in case they were warmed on the other surfaces. It all worked out fine. No reaction but I would hope the staff were a bit better trained for celiac since their menu plugs GF options. Just make sure to ask thorough questions.

The menu was easily labeled as to which dishes were GF. It was delicious and as out of town visitors, we are glad we took the time to stop and eat there.

Friendly service! They have the best bacon. Tried the gf blueberry pancake. It was really good.

Soooo good! So many options for gluten and dairy free. Hubby was stoked to be able to get pancakes! I had the Yin & Yang (sans dairy, w/ corn tortilla and a fried egg). Yummy. Service was really good - fast and friendly.

Menu is clearly marked and the food is delicious! They even have the calorie count. And if you aren't counting calories the gelato place a few doors down is crazy good!!!!!

It's ok. They have maybe 1 half-way decent GF dish.

Forget the small selection, the food was disgusting and even their drinks were gross. Id much rather go across the street to Native Foods where there's a wider selection and better food. oh also their service sucks too. I had to finally go walk up to the kitchen and ask for my bill and pay there while standing next to the guy to do it ....... And this was on a weekday ... No crowd ....

Only 3 items on menu were labeled GF. I don't call that a GF menu. One reviewer mentioned asking them to make modifications, but if this site says it has a GF menu I would expect more items to be designated GF so I don't have to special order - I already do that at most places! B

Food was great. If you feel like the menu doesn't mention many GF options, just ask. There are several dishes they can modify. And the coffee is GREAT! Service was way laid back and a little slow, but maybe it's because we aren't from a beach city. We are used to the LA rush and bustle. Great choice.

poor presentation and not very good. we left half our food and would have settled for a bagel.

We had breakfast there without any issues.

Green Goddess Salad is amazing! So many options and very knowledgable staff. Super friendly and great patio environment!

Everything is clearly marked. We had a lovely brunch. Service was good. Selection was great. Food was yummy. Will definitely be back.

It’s not very good. I’ve given it a bunch of chances over many years but it’s just never very good. Also everything is sticky and and not well kept. Very limited gf options- no Gf bread, etc.

Absolutely amazing food!! 👏 Staff is super knowledgeable, menu is clearly marked for GF/vegan items, & I never have to worry about cross contamination. I was able to get the GF/Vegan Strawberry Choco Chip Pancakes as well as the rosemary potatoes. This was such a great find & we love coming here every time we're in the area!
