First time here and it’s was a great experience. Food was good. Gluten free bun was individually wrapped. Guys changed their gloves.

Food was good and I didn’t get sick. The moment I mentioned gluten allergy they changed their gloves, got a GF bun out of an individually sealed bag and warmed it up on a tray in their oven. I didn’t get sick. That said, the most unenthusiastic, low energy staff I’ve ever encountered.

After reading all the great reviews about this place, my wife and I decided to give it a try. My wife has celiac and is very sensitive to cross-contamination. When we arrived, the young man taking our order did not know what celiac meant. That’s always a bad sign. When we explained it was a wheat allergy, he said they have some gluten-free items. When we asked about cross-contamination, he seemed uninformed. When we asked if the food containers in front of him would be where he would serve us from, he said, yes. When we asked if the tongs jutting out of those containers had touched bread, he said yes again. Another gentleman came out from the back and basically gave us the same information. When I said that we couldn’t have any cross-contamination, both of them suggested that this might not be the best place for us to eat. We were visiting from out of town, and as anyone with celiac knows, it is extremely difficult to find a safe place to eat. We walked out foodless and very disappointed. I hope this was simply a matter of a newer staff member, not knowing the correct procedures.

First of all, gluten free is ALWAYS a challenge and NakedQ was ready for me, and my two celiac kids. They had gluten free buns available and a menu with ALL of the gluten free details. They were ready to take our order and changed our gloves and used a separate tray for prep. Awesome!!!!! The best part was the food … IT WAS SO TASTY. I had the pulled chicken, and my kid had the pulled brisket. It was so delicious, both of them loved the coleslaw as well. Very tasty. Thanks for a great dinner, and highly recommend for gluten allergies, and celiac.

This place is a amazing! As others have stated their meats are super good and they also have a GF bun that they warm up on a designated tray to avoid CC. Their sweet/spicy bbq sauces are also GF. Staff was super knowledgeable and 24 hours later no reaction at all.

The staff here are awesome! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They have GF buns that are pretty darn good and all the meats we tried were tasty. They cleaned their boards and changed gloves when we acknowledged that it was an allergy. This was very appreciated.

Knowledgeable staff, great tasting smoked bbq, and great customer service. Multiple sides to choose from that are GF as well as GF bun option. Definitely will be back. We’ve eaten at other NakedQ locations as well, and never had a reaction at any of them. Definitely recommend this place!
