The staff cannot speak English on a minimum level of comprehension. They were all very rude and when we asked for a gluten free and lactose free pizza, they neglected to indicate it on the receipt.

When we have notified that to them, they replied the dough has cheese in it so they ordered a normal pizza without even consulting us. We asked for a total refund of our money and they did it without even saying sorry for the inconvenience.

Please be careful while ordering in this place: actual gluten free options are not available

Chef was able to help identify which items were gluten free for us. She was very knowledgeable. This pizza was ok, crust was a little soggy, so I’d order it crispy next time. Herb crusted chicken and veggies were great. We stopped here on our way to Germany and bought food to take in the plane with us because the flight couldn’t guarantee us a gluten free meal. I’d definitely do this again! So while they don’t have a dedicated kitchen, they do try to accommodate and so far I feel good, no violently ill reaction.

I give it 5 stars only because it’s an airport and I was thankful to eat anything. I was able to get a gluten free soup from the counter (clearly indicated) it was delicious and filling. There were also some gf snacks (chips and bars) that’s about it. I took a chance on a simple caprese salad (mozzarella, tomato, basil, balsamic and sugar dressing) and felt fine afterwards.

Not sure why exactly this is listed. They have about 2 cookies and some chips. Might as well list Hudson news for offering gluten free protein bars, chickpeatos, and some gf chips and candy.

Fancy grocery/deli past security at SFO Terminal 2. We asked the hot-foods server if the rotisserie chicken was GF and got a blank look (= minus a star); on the other hand, there is a vegan/GF section of packaged foods with some nice options, and at least some of the packaged yogurt is certified GF. They also had fresh GF cookies on the top shelf in the cookie case, above the macaroons (not individually wrapped - but, OTOH, on the top shelf and there didn't seem to be flour items nearby); we didn't try those bc we had already grabbed a Sydney's Brownie from the GF section.
