Review of Napa Flats

We visited College Station and looked for a safe restaurant. We decided to try here because it had showed up in online searches for gluten free local restaurants. I was hopeful when talking with the waitress. She said there is a separate prep area and they even bake the pizza in a separate oven. We tested my daughter’s pizza with the Nima and it was positive. After our meal the waitress brought a taste of Salted Caramel gelato for me to test. It also tested positive. The waitress was excellent and the food we (non celiacs) had was delicious, but unfortunately it’s not celiac safe. They were nice enough to take the pizza off the bill though.
