Awesome ramen! I got the toyoko ramen which the modified the order to make it gluten free with rice noodles. Server was very knowledgeable letting me know that they cook with tamari rather than soy sauce making it easy to modify many of the bowls to be gluten free.

The menu lists their gluten free options. The noodles are fantastic. My server has Celiac disease which made me extra confident that I was being served well. Will definitely be going again.
