I am celiac and this place knows about gluten free! The food and drinks are great and they have separate stations in the kitchen for cross contamination. They have a few GF options on the menu and have great tasting GF baked goods in a separate case. The team is friendly and efficient. I had the breakfast sandwich and brought home a GF cookie and muffin. Will definitely eat back.

I have ate here almost every day on vacation didn’t get sick at all. We where here for 3 weeks mind you. I am also super sensitive to cross contamination and not sick once from here. This places is a Celiac’s dream place in the middle of the desert and the food it was amazing. The chocolate and coconut muffin tasted like it had gluten it was so good. They are also vegan friendly which is awsome when you are avoiding dairy.

Smoothies were really good, unfortunately didn’t feel great after eating here. They seemed very aware of cross-contamination and have separate work stations for GF prep, as well as a separate glass case for the GF baked goods… but they don’t have a separate toaster. Which felt questionable. The GF goods were OK, the effort was very much appreciated in a location that’s remote. But from a taste perspective, the bagels were dense (toasting would’ve helped but the toaster wasn’t safe) and the muffins were too sweet.

gluten free items are in a seperate case from non-GF items and everything is clearly labeled including listing all of the ingredients of each baked good. there were gluten free options for almost everything on the menu as well

Great Gluten Free options. Breakfast egg bagel on a GF bagel. A whole case of GF muffins. GF granola. Smoothies and salads.

Ordering took a LONG time. Open 7-days a week until 2pm.

This place is NOT celiac friendly. Maybe the salads and smoothies might be, but the they are not careful about cross contamination including all of their GF bakery items are in the same case next to all the other gluten things. Do not eat here if you are sensitive, you’ll spend the rest of your vacation sick paying for an overpriced item. We decided to not risk it and left.

OK food. Lost a star for storing GF muffins with regular muffins, and another star for not having a toaster for bagels. Nice staff, but not the most Celiac friendly.

GF bread and options available! They are very knowledgable. They even have GF dessert treats. Their sandwiches were huge and delicious.

the MUFFINS!!! I could spout poetry about the muffins for days! I couldn't say much about the rest of their menu, though I believe it's all vegetarian, because I'm so stuck on the muffins it's all I ever get. I asked about the daily availability on my first visit and was told the baker is gluten free and they always have at least one or two gluten free muffin options every day. They also list all ingredients in case you have other allergies.

BEST LUNCH EVER!!!!!! Amazing bread, super service, and the bagels are epic! Go hereeeeeee! Try the gluten free chocolate chip pecan cookies! I'm eating one right now and it is the best cookie I have ever had. The sandwiches are huge, so order half if you can't eat much- half will fill you up! So... Just go here! It may be small, but trust me, it's awesome. Great for vegetarians and vegans, but even my meat-lover brother had an amazing time. Best cafe ever!
