Curries are all gluten free and I was told most of the menu can be made gluten free with tamari soy sauce. I had the yellow curry and had no issues.

Server completely dismissed me when I asked about gluten free but the food was delicious! Yellow curry was probably the best I’ve ever had.

Was a bit nervous when I sat down here, as gf is not indicated on the menu at all, but the server was knowledgeable that much of the menu can be made gf, and she understood cross contamination. I ordered the yellow curry - it was delicious, and tested negative for gluten in my nima. My non-gf husband also thought the food was fantastic. Recommend if you are in Hilo!!!

Hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever had. The veggies are all fresh and seasonal—purple sweet potatoes, pumpkin, whatever is available locally. Almost the entire menu can be made gluten free—the curries are all gluten free and the soy sauce in other dishes can be swapped for tamari. Just ask! They’re very knowledgeable.

I’ve been here twice (so far). Such nice and knowledgeable people. Thanks to the reviews of others, I felt good going here. I had stir fry both times.

This place was the bomb, I had the garlic chicken stir fry and had no reaction. It was so good that me and my wife went back again the next day. They owner told me pretty much all the stir fry options could be made gluten free since they could use tamari sauce instead of soy. I highly recommend this place.

Delicious food! Almost everything can be made gluten free. They use tamari instead of soy sauce to make gluten free food. I had green curry which was delicious and also tested gluten free with Nima.

Very good with a lot of options. They use Tamari instead of soy sauce and most items are already gluten free. Would definitely come back again!

Great food! No gluten reaction. Restaurant off the beaten path, but worth the trip - food was great!

I was able to have everything on the menu except the pastry products. We had curries, pad Thai, chicken satay and rice, all amazing.

Absolutely delicious and I felt very safe. The waitress only needed to hear that I needed gluten free once and she took care of everything and was vigilant for me. My husband doesnt need to eat gluten free but he does so on occasion for purposes of sharing. She made sure his food was also safe for me. The thai coffee and mango sticky rice are a must splurge.

Amazing fresh and locally sourced Thai food. They use tamari instead of soy sauce and all food is made to order. With the exception of the couple tempura fried items on the menu you can have everything

I appreciated the reviews from others and the menu, unlike some others, clearly states on front to let them know about allergies and they can accommodate. In general, I’ve had more success dining out at Thai restaurants vs. others, so we gave it a try for a late lunch on a rainy day.
I was able to have a tasty grilled shrimp salad with fresh veggies, herbs, and spices! It was very flavorful and filling, with 5 shrimp. The spice level was hot - just how I like it! If we were here in town longer, we would definitely return!
Local, off the beaten track Thai/Asian food. We’re from Ohio, we used this app to find a place to eat. Took a chance on this place. So glad we did! Awesome!

Excellent food. Held soy sauce on everything for us. Yellow curry, pad Thai, cashew chicken with coconut milk were excellent! Limited seating in a tucked away street. Staff was excellent!
It is hit or miss for cross contamination. They have the best pumpkin curry and Thai iced tea on the island, but if you are celiac, beware. I have gotten glutenized twice. :(

Incredibly good food. They can make things gluten free and if you get the young haole girl as your waitress she knows all about it. Green curry is the best I have had in years.
