Absolutely delicious sushi and the staff and atmosphere were great. I have a severe gluten allergy which will make me sick in 20 minutes and then knock me out for about two days with horrible inflammation. I didn’t get sick and they were very knowledgeable about keeping it gluten free. The surprising part is that this is the best sushi I’ve ever eaten. The salmon nigiri was the best salmon. The edamame was grilled in a pepper sauce that my husband and I couldn’t get enough of. The snow crab roll had to be ordered again cause we loved it so much. My husband is not gluten free and he ordered a beer which came in a clay stein with a beautiful foamed top. Wine and sake is pricey but I enjoyed a teapot of the turmeric and ginger tea. Perfect for digestion. The miso soup and the ginger, wasabi and soy sauce were all gluten free. I mention that because I usually can’t have the soup cause other places use regular soy sauce. Definitely worth visiting. Make sure you let them know you are gluten free and they will direct you to the food on the menu that’s best for you. Parking and front door is in the back.

This place is outstanding. Definitely a splurge meal but worth it. Staff was very knowledgeable about what contained gluten, asked if I needed cross contamination prevention procedures, and reiterated that every dish was gf when they delivered food to the table. Honestly one of the best meals of my life, the fish is so fresh and edamame and salads were out of this world.

Amazing meal, and dining experience. Our waiter took incredible care in noting that I was celiac and when the sushi was brought out they noted it was made with 0 cross contamination. Nothing with tempura or fried can be made gluten free but most everything else could be. Will be going back!

Best gluten free sushi I’ve ever had. Waitress was so knowledgable. Every time they handed our food they stated that it was gluten free. We sat at the sushi bar and I watched him wipe everything down for me. The sushi chef also told me everything he was taking out for me because it was gluten free. The best part was that the food still had so much flavor even with the substitutions. I’m used to very bland sushi, but not here.

So overall sushi is usually my friend because you just do it with no sauce and no tempura. The waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and what he could do with the rolls. But the server promises to mark my ticket with celiac and went thru the menu with my friends and I. However, when the items came out he didn't tell us which was gluten free and not and put one in front of me I assumed was based on how certain he was about me being gluten free and I ate one piece and realized it was tempura crunch on the inside. I called a waitress over and told her this order was wrong and she told me the roll was ordered like this. My waiter came over and didn't even acknowledge he messed up and tried to call me an ambulance which wasn't helpful. Instead of taking the roll and comping my meal, he brought me a free $5 drink which was be. I would say eating here is fine but ask about everything that comes out.
