Absolutely delicious sushi and the staff and atmosphere were great. I have a severe gluten allergy which will make me sick in 20 minutes and then knock me out for about two days with horrible inflammation. I didn’t get sick and they were very knowledgeable about keeping it gluten free. The surprising part is that this is the best sushi I’ve ever eaten. The salmon nigiri was the best salmon. The edamame was grilled in a pepper sauce that my husband and I couldn’t get enough of. The snow crab roll had to be ordered again cause we loved it so much. My husband is not gluten free and he ordered a beer which came in a clay stein with a beautiful foamed top. Wine and sake is pricey but I enjoyed a teapot of the turmeric and ginger tea. Perfect for digestion. The miso soup and the ginger, wasabi and soy sauce were all gluten free. I mention that because I usually can’t have the soup cause other places use regular soy sauce. Definitely worth visiting. Make sure you let them know you are gluten free and they will direct you to the food on the menu that’s best for you. Parking and front door is in the back.
