Sourdough is pretty grainy and dry. Didn’t have the classic sourdough flavor I was looking for. I will say that the mini pecan pie dessert I got was good. Probably will not be going back.

I used to live in Provo but now live in California and I still order their bread online. It’s the most normal tasting I’ve found! (Although you do have to eat it within about a week or it gets really dry) Their loaf sizes are normal sizes and a majority of them are also DF! The bagels, English muffins, and sour dough bread are amazing! If you are local, definitely try their cake and cookies!

So I have never been a fan of their desserts, I just think I can make GF cookies at home for cheaper and that taste better, BUT I just tried their GF sourdough bread and it is amazing and tastes just like I remember real sourdough tasting. I would highly recommend trying it.

A couple years ago I was excited to find your products as they tasted good and closely mimicked normal gluten-containing products. In the last year, I have thrown away many of your products because when I bought them, they were completely uncooked and doughy. Then this week I wanted to give you one last shot, so I bought your chocolate cookie. I took one bite, then realized the entire cookie was COVERED IN A WEB. I almost threw up and didn't check to see if it was made by a spider, worms, or moths, but I will NEVER eat your overpriced products again. I had heard reports of your in-home bakery being disgusting, but I wanted to ignore those. Now I simply cannot. Nevermind that Tim Lawson is a scummy criminal (google his name), I will not support a company that is increasingly inconsistent with the quality and safety of their food.

Jordan, we sincerely apologize for such an awful experience you had with New Grains products in the past. Please let us know which grocery store you made your purchase at so we can make sure they do not allow expired products to sit out on the shelves. And in the meantime, please contact us for a special apology package from us to you. We assure you, New Grains products strive to be the number one on the market as we only use the highest quality ingredients and have some of the lowest ppm traces of Gluten than any other product on the market. Thank you, sincerely New Grains.

I love New Grains bread and cookies. The multi-grain and cinnamon bread are my favorites, although the sourdough is pretty good too. Great for sandwiches and French toast. I love that I can buy them at Macey's too!

It is OK. The bread is soft but almost "wet." The cookies are fine, but far from the best I have had. It is very nice to have their treats single-serve to grab and go, though
