New Krungthai

This was one of my favorite Thai restaurants before I went gluten-free, and I'm happy to report that I was able to eat here safely last night. I had yellow curry and pad Thai, and I placed an order by phone. The person who took my order was knowledgeable about which items are gluten free, she flagged the order as gluten-free, and also explained that they use a separate aen for cooking the order. Finally she also asked about other ingredients that could be a problem for some people such as eggs, so I suspect this might be a good place for people with other food allergies or intolerances, although I have no experience with that myself.

The person who took my order was knowledgeable and could comfortably steer me away from things that were not GF. We had the red curry, pad thai, and the pad gra prow house specialty. It was all very good (the curry was our favorite). Definitely recommend! No cross-contamination side effects for me.
