Call ahead to make sure they still have GF crust, apparently it sells out quickly. Note that they only offer it (to my knowledge) in 8" and 12". They use a shared oven but all of their dusting flour is GF and will change gloves (etc) upon request.
The crust is thin but it holds the toppings well. It might be best paired with toppings that have a stronger hit of flavor since the crust itself is fairly bland--the Villanova and Strada di Roma were my favorite pies pre-diagnosis, but I think I'll trade the Strada di Roma out for a pie with red sauce and sausage.

Their gluten free crust was thin (as they usually are) but I thought it tasted great! Probably one of the better gluten free pizzas I've found around here. I'd definitely come back.

I LOVE this place! The gluten free crust is incredible. Even my husband who is not allergic to gluten enjoyed sharing my pizza with me! Most importantly, they let me know that they were extra careful about handling my order and avoiding cross contamination when I told them that I had a gluten allergy. I had no reaction/stomach aches, so it is a 10/10 for me!

The gf crust at Nico’s is incredible! The staff, especially the manager ben, is super helpful and very careful to avoid cross-contamination! I’ve eaten there lots and never once gotten sick
