Ninja Sushi

Great experiences here, servers are very knowledgeable and when they aren’t sure, they will talk to the kitchen ASAP to get a solid answer. You can get great sushi avoiding the obvious and usually just following the server’s lead. Keep it basic (don’t go for the things with an abundance of ingredients) and you will be accommodated and enjoy a great meal.

If I could give zero stars I could. I are in the restaurant once, was told things were gluten free that based on getting sick later, likely were not.

Fast forward to a few years later, I thought I’d try them again because I had seen so many positive reviews. I placed a takeout order, and specified the allergy info which they accepted. I received a call 15 min later telling me nothing I ordered could be made gluten free. I asked what my gluten free options were and the staff member I spoke to said “honestly…. none.” And my order was cancelled and refunded.

I just wouldn’t risk it, folks.

This restaurant is truly amazing! All of the staff is aware of food allergies such as celiac. One of the staff named Hannah has a best friend who has celiac. Also the Manager  Sara is very knowledge and awesome as is the entire staff! The really care about their customers saftey. They have a separate place to prepare food away from any cross contamination. They have special knives and cutting board that are only used for gluten free preparations. They go above and beyond to keep you safe. Not just with gluten allergies but with all food allergies. They are super friendly Sarah spet almost 7 minutes on phone with me explaining everything. The food is  excellent! I grew up on Asian  food as my aunt is Korean and my God Mother is Japanese...and I can tell you I'm kinda a snob when it come to authentic Asian cuisine...this was the best sushi I have ever  had out side of my family. All the ingredients were fresh the flavors were amazing. I can not say enough about how  Exquisite the food was. They are rated one of the top 3 places in New Jersey to get sushi. They practice excellent covid safety as well. Every one had masks and gloves and sanitizer handy. They only do take away no dine in. Do mo ar ri ga to To Sara and the entire staff there. 😻
