I have been looking for a bakery that can make a GF cinnamon roll, and I finally found that place! Found this place by accident a few weeks back. Decided to stop in and see what they offered. Saw they offered a cinnamon roll and it was delicious! Have been back a few times and everything we’ve ordered has been so delicious. They even offered some advice for when I bake. I absolutely love this place!

If you’re looking for a Gluten Free, Dairy Free snack, treat, or dessert look no further. Some of the best stuff my wife and I have ever eaten and it will blow your socks off too. Monkey bread and carrot cake are two of our favorites, but you really can’t go wrong.

This facility is 100% gluten-free and is delicious and moist. They have the best bread I've ever had even before I had celiac.

I had quite a few samples of their cakes and the gluten-free vegan spicy cheddar pretzel was so delicios!i settles on a discount red velvet mini cake and a blueberry dutch baby, both were delicious!

On top of the super scrumtious savory and sweet treats, the gentlement who own this shop are very kind and are willing to make things specifically for you or hold them if you call ahead.

Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Everything in the bakery is gluten and dairy free. It absolutely melts in your mouth not like some of the"cardboard" gluten free bread you find elsewhere. We have visited quit a few gf bakeries across the country and No Cow is one of our favorites. The owner and his staff go above and beyond for each guest. Highly recommend for gf and also dairy intolerant as they use coconut milk.

Customer service was amazing, they gave us samples because it was our first time and were more than happy to answer questions. There is no cafe menu, it is all baked goods and a few savory items that can be taken to go. The food is delicious and everything we tried had great texture and quality for being gluten free and dairy free. Great experience would highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Got the blueberry sugar free Dutch baby, it came with maple syrup (not sugar free but that’s ok) and it was amazing! Everything here is gluten free and they use the best ingredients. I also got the lemon bar, not my favorite but the blueberry Dutch baby was so good it didn’t matter! They also do pre-order birthday cakes. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Love this bakery! They have made GF donuts for my celiac 6 year old that were scrumptious. The brownies are delicious, and they have such an wide range of offerings. Very yummy!!! Was passing through castle Rock and decided to try this place. After telling the owner if was our first time, she gave us a sample plate with a few items and everything was delicious!! The pretzel log was extremely yummy. We also got some hamburger and hoagie rolls. The cheddar (non dairy) roll was amazing. We also had a chocolate mini pie that was scrumptious. Truly recommend this dairy and gluten free gem!!!!!

We love this bakery and drive the distance from Denver, even though we pass other dedicated GF bakeries on the way that are closer to us. It's worth the drive. The pretzel sticks are amazing, their breads are to die for and have an amazing texture as if it were not GF. My favorite breads are the braided Challah, Italian herb, and my husband and kids really like the cheddar/Jalapeno. I also enjoy the chocolate cake, angel cake, and some other bakery items. Didn't care for the soups, and we found this place after covid where they offer mostly baked goods now instead of lunch options as well, but hoping in the future we can try some more savory items. Their head baker is super friendly, personable, and remembers you. They are really awesome about making things special order to avoid multiple personal allergies, too.

Everything is gf and also df and made with healthy ingredients. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He gave us samples of multiple items. All were good. We purchased a red velvet cupcake, 2 oatmeal cookies and a raspberry roll. All were delicious and I love being able to purchase bakery items from an all gf bakery. We plan to go back for donuts which they have on the weekends. Highly recommend!!

Such a wonderful surprise! I have been diagnosed with Celiac for 3 years. For my birthday I wanted to have a gf brunch. Pretzels, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, orange cranberry bundt cake! Also eggs, hashbrowns, breakfast meats. Thumbs up from the niece and nephew.

My kids haven’t had a soft pretzel since their celiac diagnosis. They downed two orders and asked for more!

Our 8 year old was in Castlerock for a state Odessy of the Mind day. We were so happy to find a dedicated GF cafe. He absolutely loved the donuts and ordered regular kid food, nachos with out having to worry about gluten or cross contamination! Happy Day!!

Unfortunately seems to adhere to the idea that gluten free = taste free. Menu basic, not creative. Bland. Why turkey bacon on a gf BLT? I wanted to give the chef lessons in yummy gf cooking...so many options other than bland. Good take away cookies, would not pay for menu items. Made me sad...so hopeful.

This is a small new dairy- and gluten-free bakery and cafe in old town Castle Rock. We tried the breakfast sampler meal and it was delicious. A little pricey at $12.95 but it included coffee or juice as well as real maple syrup. I also tried the chocolate chip cookie, the carrot cake muffin, and samples of a few other muffins, and all were scrumptious. Some things can, again, be pricey. One carrot cake muffin was $5.75 whereas a 4-pack was $15.00. The 4-pack price is worth it, but the single price seemed out of line. Would I go back, definitely yes.
