Review of No Cow Cafe

Very yummy!!! Was passing through castle Rock and decided to try this place. After telling the owner if was our first time, she gave us a sample plate with a few items and everything was delicious!! The pretzel log was extremely yummy. We also got some hamburger and hoagie rolls. The cheddar (non dairy) roll was amazing. We also had a chocolate mini pie that was scrumptious. Truly recommend this dairy and gluten free gem!!!!!
