Food was amazing. Had the burrata (one of the best I’ve ever had), raw salmon appetizer, lobster pasta (substituted gf penne) and scallops. All were amazing.
Wait staff was extremely attentive and aware of allergy protocols. Pricey but would definitely dine there again

Staff is well versed with gluten free. They let you know what items are gf and what can be tweaked to be gf. They make a gluten free pasta that can be used in most of their pasta dishes. They do offer gluten free bread..nothing special, but nice to have.

Staff did an excellent job in regards to my celiac and the food was delicious!! The free bread seemed on par with Udi's but I didn't mind much since I was looking forward to my entree: the truffle pasta made with fresh gluten free pasta. I wish I had time to revisit for the lobster pasta but I guess we will just have to return during a future trip!

We had such an amazing meal. The staff was so warm, welcoming, accommodating, & extra careful about our wheat & dairy allergies. They were extra careful about possible cross contamination.
They have a vegan menu, they offer gf pasta made from scratch & they go above & beyond to accommodate allergies. You’ll have a delicious, safe, & enjoyable meal.
The food was so good, the staff was so attentive making for a perfect meal.

This place is closed on Tuesday's and Wednesday's so unfortunately we didn't get to try it during our stay in the area. We were staying at Aulani and excited to escape the resort to new dining options. Noe has their menu posted at their beach front entrance to resort, there were a few GF options but looked super pricey. We were excited about the items and the prices. So I can't comment on the food or Celiac safe as we didn't experience it first hand, but wanted to share what we did find out.
Full gluten free menu! So happy, I got the truffle pasta and bruschetta it was soo yum. Very expensive but perfect for a special occasion.

An absolute must, especially if you are staying in Ko Olina or nearby. The restaurant is definitely worthy of its Four Seasons Residence. I spoke with manager, Vinova, at length about the procedures and care that their chef, kitchen & staff take to assure a safe GF eating environment. She was very interested, upstanding, and a class act. Let them know when you make reservations and they will be ready. The restaurant offers a printed GF menu, including pasta, seafood, steak and dessert. Our server, James, made us very aware that he understood our needs. He was wonderful! The food was delicious! Try the king crab, spinach & lemon pasta, the pasta bolognese, the filet and for appetizers: the whipped ricotta with truffled honey or the prosciutto & papaya. We loved it all! They also treated the non-GF's to a birthday personal dessert- yummm (I'm sure they would have had a gf offering, but that wasn't our celebration)Michael made the most wonderful cocktails, including an extensive list of non-alcoholic, mature island drinks (no fru-fru umbrellas here). We felt so safe that we returned and on our second night we were warmly welcomed by manager, Emanuele. He took very, very good care of us. He even introduced us to Chef! Our waitress (forgive me, I forgot her name) was also very prepared for us and took excellent care. Amazing food, service, location and a safe place to spoil yourselves. 😊
