Had a dish with zoodles, but the server was clear the kitchen is “gluten friendly,” not gluten free (celiac safe). Don’t think I got sick, but probably wouldn’t risk it again.

I kept getting sick everytime I ate here. I took a 6 month break and came back. It took 3 tries to get my meal gluten-free, including one unfortunate bite I spit out. I got so sick. I tried a different dish at a different location, got sick there too. I am never eating at Noodles, again.

Chain wide noodles and company individual experiences mirror the wide variety of individuals working there, their experience level and attention to detail. Balance yourself health needs with your understanding of the clarity of the team understanding. Some shift staff is very strong in their practices, yet, they do use prep materials and equipment used by other shifts. Be smart, be safe, be kind.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.
