While they mark items that can be made Gf on their menu, all but the edamame have fried things (tofu, spring rolls, etc) and they have a shared frier. Only thing truly safe seems to be sashimi (many of their rolls have sauce, tempura, or imitation crab meat) but they do have GF soy sauce if you have to eat here.

We had an excellent dinner at Nooshi. My daughter has celiac and I’m gluten intolerant. The waitress was careful to tell us which entrees and rolls were gluten free or how they could be modified. The menu is marked as well. Pad Thai was great. Sushi was delicious and very fresh. Recommended.
Yes
Gluten free soy sauce available and fairly knowledgeable staff. No dedicated menu And fairly limited options from the main menu in terms if sushi. Overall sushi was just okay
no gf menu or allergen list according to waitress. gf soy sauce yes. she assured me an egg noodle dish was gluten free but a reaction plus a quick Google search proved otherwise. incredibly delicious and maybe this waitress was just ignorant so I'd call ahead and ask to see manager.
