This restaurant is no longer safe for gluten free sweet potato fries. They are now cooking them with everything else.

They do not have a gluten free menu and waitress had no knowledge. I had to guess. They do have gluten free buns.

For appetizer we had super delicious plantains drizzled with honey and served with a fresh salsa. For lunch I had a burger with no bread, they offered gluten-free, and sweet potato fries to die for.
They were very accommodating with all of my request and the food is awesome

Items are no longer marked in menu. Asked the waitress about the fryer and she said it was not dedicated. Got the chips and salsa but they are fried flour tortillas. Would caution anyone in going her who has a celiac diagnosis.

Not a lot of options but the food we had was good.
Good place to eat when you’re on the beach. Almost all sandwiches can be made GF, and all the salads, and some of the appetizers. The GF items are not marked on the menu, but the staff is very knowledgeable.

I am allergic to dairy and wheat. They have very limited options (shared fryer). The waitress suggested I stick to a salad. I agreed and got plain vinegar for the dressing (no other option). The salad came out with some shredded cheese mixed in (I already explained that I have an epipen) I sent it back and refused to eat there. I do no think that it is a safe place for individuals with allergies to eat.

Gluten free buns, all sandwiches but crab cake ones can be gluten free, i had the burger which was yummy. Fryer not dedicated so they have coleslaw or red beans and rice for sides...
Yes
They don’t have a GF menu, but the waiter knew the ingredients well, and was able to guide us to a safe choice. No issues with cross contamination as far as we’re aware. Delicious food!

I went here to eat for the first time and being a celiac I'm always very paranoid. however the waitress was super amazing about all my questions even though it was super busy. I got the chips for an appetizer and the cheeseburger on a gluten free bun, my table also got the barbeque wings. everything was AMAZING and I had no reaction whatsoever. My only issue was the the chef almost put my order on a regular bun but they had no problem taking everything back and bringing me a new burger. it's super slow service but defiantly worth the wait I highly recommend for celiac as long as your very specific.
Yes
head the fish sandwich on a gluten free bun. was very good. definitely a GF bun as my husband got a regular fish sandwich and the bun was distinctly different. the menu does not designate GF items but they do offer the GF bun. ordered GF chips. not so great. husband had fish sandwich as well with pasta salad and red beans and rice and really enjoyed it.
Amazing burger and GF bun! They are a busy location, but worth the wait!

First place I've gotten sick in a while. Server rang my order in as GF but I'm not sure if my bun was or not. I didn't eat it. I just ate the chicken lettuce and tomatoes. I also got the sweet potato fries so I'm not sure. Maybe it was just cross contaminated. But I don't think I'll return. Cool place off of the beach though and they did have redbridge beer.

The food was ok. Nothing outstanding. No need to go back....
We love this place! Never be in a hurry as they run on Tybee time which is slower than normal pace. They have GF buns for burgers & sandwiches. Lots of their specials can be GF or made that way. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Love being able to eat at one of our favorite local places, mostly off-season, an enjoy the music & beach air.

I had the burger and the flavor was fantastic. My sister in law had the fish sandwich, grilled with the GF bun and coleslaw. She said it was a 4 out of 5 stars. It's a very busy place so don't come in a hurry. Friendly staff enjoyable atmosphere. I recommend it.

Was able to have a grilled fish sandwich on a GF bun. Extremely casual so don't be in a hurry.
There is no view of the water. They have a limited menu but the food came recommended by the B&B where we stayed. The margarita was a sticky sweet yucky mix, but the porta Bella veggie plate was good, (for $15 it better be). The place is extremely casual (banjo music and a man w his shirt off). It's ok, but not a must-go.
I really wanted to give this restaurant a good rating. However, we waited for over an hour for our food. The waiter knew next to nothing about gluten free. It turns out that the only dish that was truly safe was the crab and asparagus appetizer. It was delicious. They have Redbridge gluten-free beer. With the long wait and lack of options, I am not sure I'd recommend it.
Staff very aware of gf. Great food. Awesome local hangout. Yummm!
Fantastic menu that can be adjusted for gf diets. Staff very attentive to gf allergy. Must visit !!!
