I went to North Italia after reading good reviews. I told the Manager that I am symptomatic celiac and do you have safe protocols in place? They welcomed and made sure everything will be fine.
Luckily I had a NIMA tester. I tested the chicken Alfredo Pasta and Margarita Pizza which both tested positive for Gluten. I will never go here again for GF food. I don’t think this place have safe protocols. Even the server when she came to know food was positive and said: I was thinking initially how you will manage food here but she kept quiet when we ordered food.
I will not recommend this place for people with Celiac disease.

My server Jordan was very knowledgeable about what items had Gluten in them and did a great job recommending alternatives. They even had a really amazing Gluten Free dessert!

They have gluten-free pasta and pizza! It also does not contain egg which is very exciting for me! I had the pizza and it was great! The server and manager took my sensitive very serious and were very kind! I would definitely go back

I’ve eaten there twice and had problems. The first time I ordered a scallop dish and my Nima tested gluten found. I notified the server and they remade the dish - gluten found again.
The second time I ate there, I ordered a salad. I didn’t test it, but my stomach was in knots for the rest of the afternoon.
There are better gluten free options in the same parking lot that I’ve had a better experience with.

My server was knowledgeable and doubled checked with the kitchen to make sure my order was safe. I got the house specialty bolognese with gluten free pasta. They are not kidding when they say it is their specialty, I savored every bite. We also had one of the desserts (the caramel one- I can’t remember the name) it was awesome as well. I had no issue eating here and plan on going back.
Their atmosphere is fun and vibrant. Fmgf pastas and salads but pizzas are not gf.
Delicious! And creative! Like another comment, I wanted the truffle bread, but gluten free, and they used their GF pizza crust to replicate the dish for me. By far the best GF pizza I've ever had! It's thicker and softer than places like Blaze and Mod and Maddio's. All pasta options on the menu are offered GF, and they'll try to find a way to make other menu items GF if requested. Have already been back! Definitely a new favorite.

I go to this restaurant often with my job and family and order the same safe meal. I always tell the waitress about my allergies. But this time I was glutened. Hoping this is an isolated incident because it’s one of my favorite places to eat. But also afraid to try it again because the pain isn’t worth it.

I had one of the best meals I’ve experienced since having to go GF! They have GF pasta and I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. Would recommend and would go again for sure.

Had options for GF pasta and pizza. There was 3 of us all that were gluten free with different sensitivities. By half way through I could tell it wasn’t gluten free and had issues. And by the time the other two got home they also had issues

Ordered a salad without bread as the GF options were only penne pasta and premade cauliflower crust pizza. Kale salad was good with salmon atop. Server was good to point out where cross contamination might be possibe.
