i really enjoyed this restaurant! they can make gluten free, dairy free, and vegan modifications and the wait staff is very knowledge! their gluten free pasta was very good and the spicy vodka sauce was amazing!

I received my gf pasta and there were non gf spaghetti noodles in the bowl also. The manager was very helpful, but when you go over the allergy prior to ordering I would hope extra precautions would be taken. I had asked about the gf pizza but they cook it on the same brick as the regular pizza so if you have celiacs that does not work. Disappointed in options and knowledge of allergens.

I spoke to two employees about their cooking process. For pasta, they will get a new pot with fresh water, and they have a separate pan to cook the pizzas to avoid cross-contamination. They also will take extra precaution in preparing salads that at GF.

The food is delicious!! The avocado salad is amazing, as well the prosciutto pizza!! Crust was perfectly cooked and didn’t taste like cardboard!

Enjoyed our meal immensely! Staff seemed knowledgeable and I did not get sick, and I am very sensitive to cross-contamination!

They offer GF pasta and GF flat bread pizzas. Also we ordered a chefs board and the server brought out GF bread for me that they make in house. It was a little hard but still nice to have the option. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered Bolognese with their homemade GF pasta. It was very tasty! Plenty of wine on the menu to order 😊

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Delicious! And creative! Like another comment, I wanted the truffle bread, but gluten free, and they used their GF pizza crust to replicate the dish for me. By far the best GF pizza I've ever had! It's thicker and softer than places like Blaze and Mod and Maddio's. All pasta options on the menu are offered GF, and they'll try to find a way to make other menu items GF if requested. Have already been back! Definitely a new favorite.

I go to this restaurant often with my job and family and order the same safe meal. I always tell the waitress about my allergies. But this time I was glutened. Hoping this is an isolated incident because it’s one of my favorite places to eat. But also afraid to try it again because the pain isn’t worth it.

I had one of the best meals I’ve experienced since having to go GF! They have GF pasta and I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. Would recommend and would go again for sure.

Had options for GF pasta and pizza. There was 3 of us all that were gluten free with different sensitivities. By half way through I could tell it wasn’t gluten free and had issues. And by the time the other two got home they also had issues

Ordered a salad without bread as the GF options were only penne pasta and premade cauliflower crust pizza. Kale salad was good with salmon atop. Server was good to point out where cross contamination might be possibe.
