Nothing Bundt Cakes

First, the cake is AMAZING. I would eat one every day if it was in the calorie budget 😂 super delicious & does not crumble to sawdust in your mouth.

Second, the staff (including managers) are the most unhelpful employees/owners I’ve ever had the pleasure of asking questions to.

The establishment/chain does not follow FDA requirements of listing all ingredients & information on individually packaged and sold goods. I was able to find out that they are in fact nut free (including coconut) and gluten free, but it took over 4 days and multiple complaints. I filed a complaint with corporate & still have not heard back(over six weeks ago). They will try to ask you what your allergies are “and they will check themselves to tell you if they contain it or not”, but as someone with severe nut allergies, I don’t trust others to read for ingredients they aren’t familiar with.

Walked in and got 1 chocolate chip gf cake. It’s was the only gf cake flavor available. It was moist and not dense. The style of frosting it more of a taste of frosting. The whole cake is not frosted. It’s a cute presentation. I would be happy if someone gave me this cake on my birthday or for a treat. It is more like a muffin because of the small amount of frosting but that isn’t a negative just an observation.

Really tasty gf cake. They prepare them seperately from the other Cakes. Had no issues. Only one gf cake to choose.

They have 1 mini bundlet cake that’s vanilla chocolate chip gluten free. Though it is not dairy free for me dairy free people.

The gluten free chocolate chip cake was moist and the texture was incredibly similar to regular cake. The frosting was delicious. I’m usually more of an organic, homemade type than a chain bakery customer, but I have to say that their GF cakes hit the spot and satisfy a sweet craving. My 11 year old is also GF and she loved these cakes. One of the better GF cakes around.
