I love this place, they know what is required for Gluten Free- but, as always, when ordering, you need to make it clear that you need your food to be gluten free. One night when I was there our waiter said that the chef is Celiac, so knows what to do and makes sure the staff do too. They will tell you what is not safe and make some substitutions, like cucumber slices instead of the pita bread that usually comes with the humus. Just ask and they will tell you.

Almost everything on the menu could be made Gf, including all the pastas. Also have a dedicated fryer for fries! I just got a gyro so very low risk of CC but overall a very positive experience - will def be going back to try other things!

Really tasty and didn’t get sick! They modified the halloumi order and cooked my omelette in a separate pan for me.

I am so thankful Novy is in my neighborhood! Like the other reviewer mentioned, almost everything here can be made gluten free! They have gluten free buns and pasta subs.

Most dinner dishes come GF and all the staff seems to be well trained on celiac.

My fave GF thing to get is an eggs Benedict with tomato slices subbed for the bread and they don’t even question it (I get a lot of weird faces with this. It is weird lol). Love going here and love the owners

This was a nice surprise! Nothing is marked in the menu, but the waiter walked me through everything. Almost everything could be made gluten free and they had a dedicated fryer for all of their fries. It was delicious and I highly recommend.
