I love this place, they know what is required for Gluten Free- but, as always, when ordering, you need to make it clear that you need your food to be gluten free. One night when I was there our waiter said that the chef is Celiac, so knows what to do and makes sure the staff do too. They will tell you what is not safe and make some substitutions, like cucumber slices instead of the pita bread that usually comes with the humus. Just ask and they will tell you.
