Stayed here for a night and had access to a complementary breakfast buffet. I had low expectations until we were greeted by the executive chef who was making the omelettes. He’s very aware of Celiac and making sure he has safe options available. He brought us gluten-free bread and muffins and insured us of the safety of the omelettes, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, and bacon. He said the previous executive chef had celiac and really set the tone for the restaurant. He really went above and beyond, and it was truly appreciated.

Wonderful food, and very conscious of having gluten free options! Received gluten free crackers as an alternative to flatbread with an appetizers; gluten free bun with the burger was quite good; and most importantly - they have a dedicated gluten free fryer, and the best fries I've had since getting diagnosed with celiac!

No longer have a dedicated fryer.
I have Celiac disease and was able to have the Cheese Platter with gluten free crackers as an appetizer. I got the Nubar burger on a gluten free bun for an entree. Very good!
