Stayed here for a night and had access to a complementary breakfast buffet. I had low expectations until we were greeted by the executive chef who was making the omelettes. He’s very aware of Celiac and making sure he has safe options available. He brought us gluten-free bread and muffins and insured us of the safety of the omelettes, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, and bacon. He said the previous executive chef had celiac and really set the tone for the restaurant. He really went above and beyond, and it was truly appreciated.
