If you want anything other than pancakes, there is no gf option. My husband’s burger was way over cooked. The salads were meh and the fries not worth eating.

All but one of the pancake options can be made gluten-free and my waiter was very knowledgeable. They were also very clear that the kitchen surfaces (grill) are cleaned between uses but it is still shared equipment. Appreciate the awareness, honesty, and delicious pancakes. Neither Celiac got sick from this.

Gluten free pancakes were delicious. Another person in my party ordered regular pancakes and they designated mine with a flag, which was good.

Once they got my order right the food was ok. The only gluten free items were pancakes and waffles. Totally glutinous atmosphere

This is only one of many PA locations. They are very good about gluten free and the breakfast is amazing.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The food is delicious but I’ve had symptoms both times I’ve come here. I think I’ll have to cross it off my list. I’d love their recipe if it’s just a cross contact issue (which I assume it is)

Nudy’s is a local breakfast and lunch chain. I got gluten free banana pancakes (they are huge!). Staff was able to clean off a spot on the cooktop for my pancakes since the cooktop is also used for the regular pancakes. The waffles are made in the same waffle iron as regular waffles at this location. The pancakes were delicious and I did not get sick! I will definitely be coming back and will ask more about other GF options (sandwiches, omelettes, etc)
