Review of Nudy's Cafe

All but one of the pancake options can be made gluten-free and my waiter was very knowledgeable. They were also very clear that the kitchen surfaces (grill) are cleaned between uses but it is still shared equipment. Appreciate the awareness, honesty, and delicious pancakes. Neither Celiac got sick from this.
