The food seems like it would be very good. The menu is confusing as there are certain items labeled gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian, however, you still need to request that it is made gluten free/dairy free etc. I made an incorrect assumption that since it was labeled on the menu that it was already free of my allergens but that is not the case. Just be sure to clarify and you will be good to go.

They made my celiac child the most amazing gf pasta with shrimp. My other child had the pizza which was also really good!

Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable was able to communicate all protocols to minimize cross contamination before I even asked.

Always hard to find good gluten free food. So this was a wonderful surprise. We were just stopping for a drink and then saw they had some gluten free options. The pizza here was phenomenal and big! Normally you have to spend more money and get a smaller pizza but not here. Really recommend making this a stop!

Due to limited options, we ate this twice during our stay (once sitting down, once for takeout). Service was slow but once we were helped, the waitress immediately knew her stuff. She said they use a separate pizza oven for all the GF pizzas. My husband (who is celiac) didn't have a reaction either time we ate here. Obviously it's resort prices and quality was just ok, but it's a safe bet and way less pricey than the only other GF dinner option at the resort.

Pizza tasted really good for a gluten free one. About the safety I can't say much because I still had some reactions from previous days but I am pretty sure it's safe.

Got gluten free pizza here. It was VERY good, I had a lot of choices out the pizza, and also most of the pasta. Loved the food and would recommend. Good amount of options.

We ordered takeout from here. The food was really tasty. My son, who has celiac, had gluten free pasta with grilled chicken and he loved it. Their menu has GF items notated. My other son (who does not need to eat GF) had spaghetti & meatballs. The pasta and sauce were really good; the meatballs were a bit dry in my opinion. While we ordered food to go, the restaurant was really busy when we arrived to pick up the food. The restaurant is located inside the Hilton Hotel and is a bit of a walk (5-7 mins) to get to it from the lobby of the hotel simply because of the sheer size of the the Hilton. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Seem to be having staffing issues. The night we went they were down a server and a cook and said they couldn’t make gf pizza or pasta. I could see the pasta, but asked why they couldn’t do a crust they had no explanation. Very little safe food at the whole resort.

Came here with my non-gf family and shared the bianca Al funghi pizza with my mom. Was super cheesy, but the crust was phenomenal. The crust was also a 12”, which is rare to find. The hotel itself is a maze if you aren’t staying here, so make sure you give yourself time to find the place.

Quite a few options for gluten free. I had the fresh fish (mahi mahi) and I let the server know I was gluten free. She assured me the chefs were excellent and great about modifications. My fish was excellent and I felt great afterwards.

The servers were happy to help! I told our waitress about my gluten and dairy allergy and they help get me a delicious meal that fit my dietary needs. The menu had many gluten free options including vegan and some vegetarian foods from pizza to pasta to lava cakes! And they had many filling dishes for the breakfast hours!
