Wowza, what a find & Winner via Gav's Foodie Tour! We ordered the GF Philly Cheesesteak AND the Thai with Peanut Butter Coconut Sauce Crepes. For desert we had the Raspberry Blueberry AND the Carmel Creme Banana Crepes. All Incredibly Delicious! We can't wait to end up in Cypress TX (NE of Houston) again! I posted 3 photos, but we had already taken out half of the savory crepes before the photo op....ooops!

Love this small café! The owners are very knowledgeable about gluten and all of the crépes can be made with buckwheat batter instead of the normal one. Let them know you have an allergy, and they will be sure to make you feel safe and comfortable. Will definitely return.

I called and asked if they had a dedicated kitchen space and they said they could make any crepe gluten free, not understanding my question after I asked twice, which does not help at all if it is prepped on a gluten surface.
I was disappointed at the lack of knowledge displayed

Amazing! The owner and staff really cater to food sensitivities of all kinds. Was completely reassured that my meal would be safe and prepared properly and had zero reaction to the food. Amazing quality and unique menu.

Best crepe restaurant in town that I have tried so far. It is great to know all flavors on menu are available as gluten free. Also to know all flavors are available all day is good, especially when you are craving some breakfast for dinner. The owner is very helpful and you can tell from the fresh ingredients his love and experience as a chef. Love how each ticket is made fresh to order and that they use quality ingredients. This place has become our fav weekend brunch place.

I ate here safely, and yes there are good xc procedures in place...one warning would be the sauces. I wanted the Thai Peanut butter coconut crepe. When I asked what was in the sauce...the owner said, PB, coconut milk and spices. When I pushed about soy sauce...he said, oh yeah, that too. So, near disaster averted for me. The alfredo crepe uses corn starch as a thickener. It was very good...and the desert crepe was very good also (strawberry banana). I like the fact that they sauté the veggies first, then put them into the crepe. Btw, half crepes are plenty big!

This place is awesome! I'm a sensitive celiac and talked to them specifically about surfaces and was comfortable. The outcome being that they use a separate area to roast the crepe. I got a sweet crepe and illy coffee.
The owners are such sweet people and he worked very hard to perfect his gluten free crepe! Food is delicious and a nice relaxing atmosphere!!
