OC Brewhouse

In the beautiful 16-story atrium of the Hyatt Regency. Parking lot is behind hotel. New menu as of Summer 2023 with specifically marked “gf” items! All 3 entrees are now gluten-free as well as many appetizers! Truffles fries and chicken wings are marked “gf” and fried in dedicated fryer/oil! The only hotel near Disneyland that had explicit gf items, other than Disneyland itself!

Not sure I would call it a Brewhouse. Just your run of the mill hotel lobby bar. Very accommodating but not a real viable GF menu and most likely a shared kitchen space. Got a steak, jasmine rice and grilled asparagus on two separate occasions. No big issues.

Celiac friendly?

No

While there weren’t loads of options our server was great. I told her I was celiac and she knew right away what was avail. Even though the menu doesn’t state gluten free buns for burgers, they did have them. She noted allergy on my order and it was brought out separately by someone assuring me it was gluten free. Not sure if it’s 100% safe but I had no reaction and it was tasty 😊🍔. Would definitely eat there again.
