My wait staff didn't know a whole lot about GF options. Fish was very fresh, but tended to have "too much" going on in the dishes.
Fresh made seafood and sushi. Staff is very friendly and answered our questions regarding gluten-free options. Executive Chef came to the table and even prepared his special dish, Hawaiian Tuna Poke, with rice cracker crisp and GF soy sauce so we could try GF version. It was amazing. Gigantic saltwater tanks will keep you entertained the whole dinner.
