I just wouldn’t eat here if you have celiac. The management and staff is tough to communicate with and most I talked to didn’t know what gluten was. I was told the chips were in a separate fryer - but saw in the kitchen them frying everything together. The corn tortillas are warmed with the flour. Much of meat marinated in soy sauce. I tried to be careful but got sick. Recommend staying away / saving it just for a margarita. Also the food isn’t great anyway. Bland.

Don’t let the patio and the fact it’s a typically safe cuisine fool you.. our waiter said that the chips are fried in a separate and safe frier and the rice (cooked with bouillon) and rojo sauce have gluten and everything else should be fine. We ordered fajitas and they put rice ALL OVER the plate. We waited for her to come back to fix it and when the plate was brought back, it looked like they just scraped off the rice and left everything else it touched on the plate. Of course the next day I woke up with a swollen face (my sign of being glutened). The service here is HORRIBLE. We ordered an appetizer and the stack of dirty plates were never removed from the table. Won’t be coming back.
