Enough unmarinated meat options (and also seafood, I believe) to keep 5 non-celiacs and a celiac happy. Our waiter wasn‘t knowledgeable but could ask another staffmember. At our visit, four of the banchan they served were safe but non of the sauces. You may want to bring your own dipping sauce but it was also delicious without.

The waiter I had was ver knowledgable and told us which items were safe to eat. Basically all the unmarinated meat and because you grill your own meat its less likely to be contaminated. He also pointed out which ban cha was safe to eat thankfully there are a lot of choices. My only suggestion is to stop by Ranch99 which is in the same plaza and pick up some gluten free sauces and to use to dip the meat. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars
