I went there with my family and the waitress was uneducated regarding gluten. She told me all the sides except the Mac and cheese were gluten free. I asked if there was a dedicated gluten free fryer and she politely went to ask the kitchen. She informed me there was not. To be on the safe side, I ordered a double side salad with my salmon entree. The salad came out with croutons. I sent it back. The new salad had no croutons, but I still managed to be exposed to gluten. Please be careful if you eat here and have celiacs.

Went in to order. Told the waitress that my wife has a severe gluten allergy. Ask if they can make a gluten free cheeseburger. She had to go ask the kitchen, and came back and said yes. She told me my order would be 20-25min. 40 minutes later my food was ready. She brought me 2 bags. Thought I was impressed because she came out with 2 bags, I asked if the single item in the bag was the gluten free order. She said yes. Of course I get to the car and hand my wife the gluten free bag, which ended up being my order which was not gluten free. My wife’s was under both my sons orders (which were not gluten free). The only thing that made the burger gluten free was it was served with out a bun. Which made me wonder why the waitress even needed to ask the kitchen if they could make a gluten free burger.
Suggestion: when someone inquired about gluten free items, ask if it is a preference or an allergy?”
Update: my wife just spoke with 2 managers. Both rude. First female said, “we are usually really good about this.” Must of heard the frustration in my wife’s voice and said she would get someone else to talk to her. The Guy: “Ya” and was rude about my wife needing to explain it to him again. One of his questions was, “Did ask us to clean the grill?” And explained this was something she should do. Fact of the matter is. Don’t promote yourself as gluten free when you are not, or don’t have the education to perform the duty correctly. This restaurant needs to be removed from this app.
Another update: another manager called. And. Supposedly they have a different fryer for gluten free but they did not use that one. Guess you need to be rude about it being serious.

Went here for first time. Manager has celiac and came to our table to talk about what would be safe for my son. He even heated some oil in a skillet and cooked the French fries separately so they’d be safe for my son to have!
