The menu states not safe for celiac. I asked the waitress if salad can be made GF, she told me “no because it has tomatoes”. I told her tomatoes are naturally GF. I asked to speak to the chef. He told me that the salad can be made GF But none of the dressings are GF. So he gave me oil, but the oil goes from table to table and I did not trust the contamination. This place is not safe at all for celiac.
The salad was gross and tasted 3 days old.
The service was below average and did not understand what celiac or gf was. The drinks are also not safe

Not Celiac friendly. They boil the gf noodles in the same water as the regular noodles. The staff is not well versed regarding allergies.
No
They have gluten free pasta options, although limited.
I was so excited to hear they had GF! Got there to find their only real options are slim to none, so I opted for spaghetti with meat sauce. Our waiter was not well educated on GF at all, they told me the meat sauce wasn't GF, at which point I noted it was on their GF menu. After confirming, they advised it was, and came out and said they didn't have enough GF noodles for an entire meal, and offered a "smaller than dinner size" portion. If my family wasn't excited about their choices I would've got up and left. I got a child size portion (if that) of pasta, and was hungry when I got home. Won't go back.

My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
