I used to eat the gluten free pasta there but I would get sick about half the time. Now I order salad with no croutons and the Zuppa Toscana and have had better results.
Half way through my Gluten Free Rigatoni I found a noodle that didn't match the others. I had disclosed my allergy to them prior to ordering. My meal was remade but still got sick.
Olive Garden has a nice gluten free menu! Their Tuscan steak and mashed potatoes are good, so is their gluten free pasta! They'll even bring you a salad without croutons. I've been into the Wolfchase location several times, and have been so pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff and service has been! All of the wait staff were very knowledgeable about gluten allergies, and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful meal each time we visited!
My daughter loved the penne rigate. She had that and salad (no croutons) and didn't feel like she was missing out at all!!
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
