Staff was very knowledgeable and assured me that precautions would be taken to prevent cross-contamination. They have separate pasta water and a great GF soup starter. They were very busy but managed to keep my meal safe!
Yes
I had soup, salad and an Italian margarita. The manager was very friendly and went out of her way to ensure the margarita was GF.
Yes
Server was helpful and understanding, but not much available GF; and I'm also dairy free which meant I could have salad. However, surprised that a place specializing in pasta had any options at all.
They have a very limited gluten free symbols on their menu. Mainly it is the same gf pasta with different sauces.
Terrible experience here. I asked for gluten free pasta, and the waitress brought out REGULAR pasta. I then informed her again of my allergy and he said there was a mixup in the kitchen. I waited another 20 or so minutes until a manager (who was not knowledgable to say the least) and the waitress brought out the food. It was the worst gluten free (corn) pasta I've ever had. It was a cross between overcooked mush and an undercooked plastic texture . Overall, they acted like my allergy was an inconvenience and it wasn't even good. You'd be better off making your own version at home.
They only have 4 GF items on the dedicated menu. Waitress was not very knowledged with GF but took the time and a real interest in learning from my wife. Highly recommend.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
